My next book is available for pre-order on Amazon, and will be released on June 23. Thanks again so very much for your support!

Desperate to save her coffeehouse from ruin, the last thing Leia Bellamy needs in her life is a man … especially when it’s the same one who deserted her after their shotgun wedding when she was 20 years old.
But eight years have passed, and the young ensign she loved is now a hardened warrior and Navy SEAL, Lieutenant Aidan MacDermott.
When Aidan returns to Annapolis for the promotion ceremony of his former SEAL commander, all Leia wants to do is avoid him for his two-week stay… a taller order than she can manage since he’s part owner in the ice cream shop next door to her coffeehouse.
Aidan barely resembles the man who reluctantly broke Leia’s heart solely to protect her dreams of a future—a secret he never revealed to her.
But the truth comes out when destiny—and a lovable dog—seem determined to give Aidan and Leia a second chance at love.
(It just doesn’t get more tempting than THAT, does it?)
I’m so excited about my new cover that I just had to share it with you!!
Yes, it’s got a SEAL and a dog. Seriously, two of my favorite things on the planet, right there on my cover. Toss in a chocolate sundae (which I was tempted to do since some of the characters ARE running an ice cream shop), and maybe a crab cake, and you’d have my version of heaven.
What do you think?
I’m shooting for a release THIS MONTH (if everyone here stays healthy and we can avoid any major crises), and I’m not doing the pre-order thing this time. I just don’t want my readers to have to wait for this. Joe Shey’s promotion ceremony is something I’ve been aching to share with you for a looooong time, and I’m so happy to have it in this latest Tribute book.
I’ve got one more book that I’m finalizing right now – a stand-alone romance that is very near and dear to me, and you’ll definitely understand why when you read it.
But for now, I just wanted you to be able to enjoy a sneak peak at some mercilessly spectacular abs on my Twice Tempted cover!
I’ll update my website as soon as I release it. Thanks so much for your support.
Yes, fellow Star Wars fans, it’s May the Fourth, Star Wars Day. Don’t forget to show your allegiance to the Alliance (or to the Empire, if you so desire) by putting out your flag.
May the Force be with you!
It’s the holidays!
I love, love, love this time of year. But right after, I usually go into a fit of withdrawal.
So I’m releasing my latest romantic comedy—a novelette or “Kindle Short Read” as Amazon likes to call them—just AFTER New Year’s in case the post-holiday blues nip at your ankles like they sometimes do mine.
NOW AVAILABLE for pre-order, and releasing January 6… SEAL My Grout:
Are you laughing? Good! Because that’s the intent—a lot of laughs and blushes and heaps of sinful enjoyment… available for 99 cents, or for FREE on Kindle Unlimited.
And while this Kindle Short Read won’t change your life, it WILL forever change the way you look at grout.
Please take note of my warning (reprinted here) on the Amazon listing:
* Disclaimer: If a plot-to-sex ratio of 1:5 offends you, or if you’re averse to bad language and an occasional spanking, please do not read this story.
However, if you’re looking for a smoking hot SEAL who knows how to handle a woman and a grout trowel (among other tools), then get ready for a twist of a Happily Ever After that will make you rethink your approach to home improvement projects.
This STAND ALONE Short Read contains NO cheating and NO cliffhangers. 1st person, dual POV. Mature audiences only. You have been warned…
P.S. Just FYI, I’m already knee-deep in the next Tribute book, which will be a full-length romance more along the lines of the books you’ve come to expect from me. This was just a wicked-sexy and fun diversion. So, thanks for letting me indulge in frivolity for a quick spell. Enjoy! And be safe and well throughout the holidays! Keep in touch… I love to hear from you.
I’m so excited to tell you that Until Forever: A Wedding Novella (Special Ops: Tribute Book Three) is available for pre-order and is releasing on November 16!
I hope you’ll return to Annapolis with me for Bridget and Maddox’s wedding. And yes – for those of you who wrote me, asking if you’d ever find out what was in the envelope – you’ll get your answers in this book.
Please be aware that this is a novella-length story (about one-third the length of my full-length romances) and will be available for a limited time for a special price of 99 cents. So order today!
Thank you so much for your support of an indie author. Happy Fall!
Ever since I introduced the character of Becca, Joe Shey’s younger sister, in Contract with a SEAL, her story has been in the back of my mind, aching to come out. After already having gone through so much in her young life – losing a husband in the war and raising her son on her own – I knew I had to make sure Becca found her happily ever after.
It’s no secret that I’m a bit of a nut for the holidays. So I couldn’t resist setting Becca’s story in the midst of the holiday season. It’s such a magical time in Annapolis and I wanted to share it with you!
Thank you for showing interest in my books – and please keep in touch. If you ever write me a question or comment and don’t receive a reply, please check your spam filter. (I know some of you have told me that my emails end up in there. Thanks for the feedback!) I always reply because you are so important to me, and frankly, those emails give me such encouragement to keep doing this.
I love hearing from you and I hope you are doing well.
Take care, and happy autumn! (Almost!) 🙂
Hi! I am so excited to let you know that my newest book is now available for pre-order on Amazon! Here’s the link:
No Reservations (Special Ops: Tribute, Book One) starts a set of books that spins off from the Special Ops: Homefront series. In fact, you might recognize a few old friends as you delve into the lives of new characters in search of their own forever loves.
Many readers contacted me recently, asking when we’d be returning to Annapolis again. For all of you who wrote, this one’s for you!
So… I’m curious…
I’d love to find out if any of you recognize who Bridget is BEFORE you actually read the book. Let me know if you’ve figured it out by emailing me on my contact page . Here’s the book description:
Bridget Needham knows first-hand how a Special Ops man can shatter a girl’s heart. She’s still kicking herself over the one that got away… after watching him get down on one knee and propose to someone else.
After giving up her career to re-open her aunt’s struggling bed-and-breakfast inn, the last thing she needs is a sexy-as-sin SEAL showing up on her doorstep—especially when the secrets of her past still threaten to keep her from holding onto love.
Besides, this guy might have a Greek god bod and an impressively large power drill, but he also has a girlfriend two thousand miles away.
Former Navy SEAL Maddox Kerry hadn’t intentionally landed himself in Annapolis during Commissioning Week—the one week when it’s next-to-impossible to find a place to stay. So it’s mission-critical that he convince an adorably awkward innkeeper whose bed-and-breakfast is closed for renovations to let him stay.
And hey, if he finds himself hoping for a little more than the customary turn-down service, who can blame him?
Yet every time the chemistry sparks between them, she runs for cover.
Any other guy would shrug his shoulders and move on. But he can’t walk away when he senses the pain behind her prim exterior.
Because Maddox Kerry isn’t any other guy.
Figure it out yet? ;0)
Woohoo! I am doing my happy dance here because I’ve just made the third and FINAL book in the Homefront: The Sheridans trilogy available for pre-order!
Here’s the link to Dylan’s story, Faking It. Unexpectedly, he’s become my personal favorite of the Sheridan boys:
I had intended to release this third book on the same day as I released the second one, Full Disclosure. Yet there was something very difficult about ending this series for me—and you’ll know why I got a little hung up on tapping in those final words by the time you finish the book.
But I’m ready to send my final Sheridan hottie your way now, knowing that this family and town I’ve come to love will continue on in your e-readers for a long time.
Thank you so much for your support, your purchases, and those all-important reviews that help a completely independent author like me sell books!
There’s more competition on Amazon now than ever before. Somehow, you fished me out of the big ocean of books out there and took a chance on me.
For that, I’m so grateful to you.
